ITALIAN FLAVOURS. The Torrefazione Paranà, was founded thanks to the passion and experience of Ruggero Giannelli, to produce only selected and high-quality blends.

From the early 1950s, Ruggero continued on from his father Emilio marketing raw coffee in Italy on behalf of national importers.

Quality and tradition

In 1960, thanks to the experience gained in the green coffee business, Ruggero decided to take over a production plant and found the current Torrefazione Paranà in Rome.

THE VALUE OF TRADITIONS. Today the Torrefazione Paranà roasting process preserves unchanged those traditions that allow excellent results, without altering aroma, quality and taste.

Each phase of the processing is followed by highly specialised artisans.

Different visions and traditions make every coffee unique. Paranà exports the Italian version of the most widespread beverage in the world, a concept that makes our Country the true homeland of high-quality coffee.
